Your personal data (hereinafter "Data"), as indicated in the following article 5, have been provided by you to MBA or provided by the party who has sent a request to MBA, if different from you.

  5. opposition to processing in cases of legitimate interest of the Data Controller;

  6. in cases where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out with automated tools, you have the right to receive your Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;

  7. in cases provided for in art. 22 of the GDPR, the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly affects you. Specifically, you may object to automated processing for the purpose specified in point 3.2.

To exercise your rights from the above list, you can send an email to privacy@miboship.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the member state where you habitually reside or work, or in the state where the alleged violation occurred.

9 - RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

 

The Data will be stored and processed within the European Union. The details of the countries, within the EU, distinguished by application, can be requested at the address privacy@miboship.it.

If, in order to pursue the purposes of processing, the Data were to be transferred to non-European countries, MBA will adopt adequate guarantees for the transfer provided by law.
